Finally a sunny day. We went to the Elk Pioneer Days where the parade featured tractors and firetrucks. These seem to be a popular entry in small town parades. Then over to the Foxwood Antique Fair which was held on the grounds of a Victorian style house. Jack bought a fishing reel. There were some African dancers, who I assume made jewelry as well as chanting and dancing. A sign at their booth stated "Chickens for Kenya". I didn't ask.... and there were no chickens in the booth. There were quite a few vendors with nice antiques. Some really cool old furniture, old milk cans, vintage dishes and jewelry etc. Too bad I need the room in the truck for rocks or I would have picked something up.
